AutoRank & Hostaway Onboarding Guide

AutoRank automatically refreshes your Airbnb listings through Hostaway every 48 hours, so your titles, short descriptions, and long descriptions stay fresh and optimized. Once connected (by adding your Hostaway API Key in the steps below), AutoRank continuously pulls in property details, booking pace, and review data from Hostaway. This means your listing information stays up-to-date without any manual effort. Ready to boost your listing performance? Follow these steps to get set up:

Step 1: Create Your AutoRank Account

1. Head to app.autorank.com and sign up — creating an account is free (you’ll only be charged once you activate a listing).
2. Once your AutoRank account is active, head back to Hostaway to continue the connection process.

Step 2: Connect AutoRank to Hostaway

1. Log in to your Hostaway account and navigate to the Marketplace section in the left-hand menu.
2. Search for AutoRank (or click here if you’re already logged into Hostaway).
3. Click Connect, then click Create to generate your Account ID and API Key.
4. Switch back to AutoRank. In your AutoRank dashboard, go to the Connections page and select Connect under the Hostaway and Airbnb section.
5. Paste your Account ID and API Key into AutoRank, then confirm. That’s it — your accounts are now linked!

Step 3: Activate & Optimize Your Properties

1. Once connected, AutoRank will automatically import all your properties from Hostaway.
2. Go to AutoRank’s Listings page and select the properties you want to optimize with dynamic content.
3. When prompted, enter your payment details to activate AutoRank for those listings.

Done! Your selected listings are now powered by AutoRank’s dynamic updates, and you can activate more properties anytime.
