AutoRank Off-boarding Guide

We’re sorry to see you go—but we’re here to make the off-boarding process as smooth as possible. Follow the steps below based on your plan (free trial or paid subscription) to disconnect from AutoRank.

For Free Trial Users

1. Stop the Automation

  • Navigate to the Listings Page:
    Go to your listings page in AutoRank.

  • Select All Listings:
    Click the checkbox in the column header row to select all listings.

  • Disable Automation:
    Click the Automate toggle button to turn off the ongoing updates.

2. (Optional) Revert to Your Original Copy

If you’d like to keep the new, optimized copy AutoRank provided, you can skip this step.
However, if you prefer your original listing copy from before AutoRank:

  • Select All Listings Again:
    Follow the same steps above to select all your listings.
  • Reset Your Copy:
    Click the Reset button to revert all your listings back to their original content.

Note:
If you manage more than 6 properties on AutoRank, you might need to expand the rows per page and click the Next button a few times. Repeat the above steps for each page of properties.

3. Disconnect from Your Property Management System

  • Head to Your PMS:
    Log into your Property Management System.
  • Disconnect AutoRank:
    Find the AutoRank connection in the Marketplace and click Disconnect.

For Paid Subscription Users

Follow the same steps as above to stop automation, revert your copy (if needed), and disconnect from your PMS. Additionally, please note the following based on your subscription type:

Monthly Subscription

  • Cancellation Flexibility:
    You can cancel at any time, and you won’t be charged for future months.
  • Mid-Month Cancellations:
    If you cancel in the middle of a month, please note that you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that month.

Annual Subscription

  • Cancellation Policy:
    You can cancel at any time. However, per your subscription contract, you will not be refunded for any remaining term on the annual subscription.
